In today's show, I’m highlighting 3 key ingredients in narcissistic word salad.  Word salad is a specialty that the narcissist serves up to their targets; and it is not made with love.  It comes from a place of fear.  Simply put, it’s not healthy.    

Narcissistic and toxic individuals use word salad to manipulate and exert control over situations, narratives, and other people.  It’s confusing, draining, and used to protect their fragile ego when they feel threatened.  And these “threats” could be real or perceived, past or present.
