After narcissistic abuse, expressing gratitude can boost your body and brain health.

As a survivor, it can be hard to give thanks, after dealing with a narcissist.  That said, being grateful is a healthy way to turn your attention away from narcissistic or toxic relationships that are robbing you of your precious resources (i.e. time, energy, attention, and money).  In this episode, I share 3 ways to give thanks.
