Hey, Survivor!

Are you ready to tackle some myths about trauma?  At one point or another, we’ve all shamed and blamed ourselves for our body’s reaction to what has happened to us.  So, this episode is dedicated to helping you better understand what has happened to you, so that you don’t assist the narcissist in your life in making you feel bad so they can feel better.

Trauma is the result of more internal and external change than your body can handle.  And I’ve had my own body turn against me, as a result.  It was rough; but I found the strength to persevere through the process and restore my health and wellbeing, after narcissistic abuse.
